David Bernhard has devoted his career to dental health and is
committed offering his patents the most personal care and attention.
A graduate of the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San
Francisco, California, David has been in private practice since 1980, and in
Ontario since 1987.
David opened his private practice in Markham in 1994 offering his
experience in restorative, cosmetic and surgical care as well as general
dentistry to this growing community.
Dr Bernhard has trained extensively in the providing of implant dentistry
starting with a year long residency at the University of Toronto and
continuing with numerous post graduate courses.
Dr. Bernhard has been a clinical instructor in prosthetic and
restorative dentistry University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry for more
than twelve years. He currently teaches implant treatment planning, surgery
and prosthetic dentistry in the Oral Reconstruction Centre at the Faculty of
Dentistry.
The father of two teenage children, Dr. Bernhard enjoys gardening,
sculpture, photography and playing the guitar.
